There are many ways to face your fears, even your addictions. In my case I have a problem with carbs. Ironically while I was doing these pieces the doctor (for various reasons) has recommended me to suspend all kinds of carbs for a few weeks. It has not been easy to see so much pasta and not be able to eat it! ðŸ˜
